Fredag Dag 5

One of the highlights of the day centered around the breakfast, consisting of “havregrod” a delicacy for those who can abbreviate the looks from the taste.

The villagers keep on studying, despite the rain today. A great day to be inside and work on their favorite grammar. The weather did not keep them from moving around camp though, and what better way than the “bag sisterhood” to fight the rain. They do not lack imagination.

Dinner provided its usual intertainment and Norwegian food encounters. Gitte deemed the pudding with fruitsauce to be plate licking good. We did search long and hard for the meat in the soup though. Some pieces were reported to be seen in the dining hall.

In the evening the villagers joined the Norwegians for their evening program. All the villagers were divided into groups, and they had to act out various fairytales, but adding their own modern twist to the story. Once again great interaction was seen between the Norwegian and Danish villagers and there was a lot of laughing.
